An RTMC (Road Traffic Management Corporation) driver’s licence confirmation letter is an official document that verifies that an individual has a valid driver’s licence. It is also known as a drivers licence letter of entitlement or a drivers license certificate.

The letter serves as proof that the applicant has a valid licence and this will enable you to convert to a foreign driving licence in your country of current residence.
