It is finally coming to the end of an incredibly busy 2026 and government departmentsn and embassies in Pretoria are already starrting to slip into holiday mode :). We would like to thank all of our customers who supported us this year and we wish you a fantastic and restive festive season!

We will be remaining open throughout the christmas and new year period for queries, advice and new orders, albeit with a reduced staff capacity as most of our staff enjoy a well deserved break.

Home Affairs remains open throughout the december and new year period, but you can expect slightly slower response and turnaround times as they have reduced staff capacity over this time.

DIRCO closes from the 19th December until the 6th January, and it is not possible to do any apostilles of Certificates of Authentication during this time. Any orders placed with us over this period will go in as soon as DIRCO reopens in January.

SAQA, the RTMC, and the High Court have not announced their closing dates yet, but it should be similar to DIRCO’s announced dates of 19th December until the 6th January.

Most of the embassies will remain open but their processing times will be longer than normal.
